Children with good mental health are more likely to develop essential life skills, such as problem-solving, decision-making, and communication. They are better equipped to handle stress, maintain healthy relationships, and excel academically. Furthermore, fostering good mental health in childhood can lay a strong foundation for emotional resilience and overall well-being throughout their lives.
Strategies for Promoting Good Mental Health Practices in Children
