Randi + Jess

We hope that this podcast will help women feel less alone and more supported. We also hope it will encourage more open conversations about mental health amongst friends, family, and healthcare providers.

Randi

I’m Randi (She/her). I have struggled with ADHD, anxiety, and depression my whole life. I earned my masters in clinical social work from USC (University of Southern California). #fighton

I am a licensed psychotherapist and consultant, specializing in grief, mood disorders (i.e. Bipolar), PTSD, Trauma, Postpartum Depression in adults. I’m passionate about helping those who have been misdiagnosed or labeled—after all, there are a lot of sh*tty therapists out there.

My approach humanizes mental health issues and helps de-stigmatize the field of psychotherapy. I share honest and sometimes raw details about my experiences. I believe that we can all change our patterns to pave a better future for ourselves.

P.S. I love dropping F-bombs and won't apologize for it—because women need to stop apologizing so much just for being themselves.

Jess

I am Jess (she, her, hers).

I have a Master's degree in psychology and am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice. I specialize in treating postpartum mothers, women with anxiety, depression, and ADHD.

I’m a no-bullshit kind of woman who swears like a sailor. I openly admit to my ADHD, and hope that the open conversations on this podcast will help lift some stigmas surrounding women’s mental health issues. My goal as one of the creators and hosts of this podcast is to normalize women’s mental health.

Women, we want to break the silence and stigma associated with women's mental health. It is time for an open dialogue about how women are feeling and talking about their struggles.

Our mental health is just as important as our physical health and we should take care of it accordingly!
